Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from The Poet Benjamin. We take care in preparing and sending each order and want you to know what to expect once something is making its way to you.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Some of our books, artwork, limited editions, handmade pieces, preorders, and other special releases may require additional preparation time. When an item has a different estimated shipping schedule, we will include that information in its product description.

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information when available.

POEMPOST

PoemPost is our recurring correspondence by mail, pairing poetry by Benjamin with artwork by Ana.

PoemPost mailings are sent according to the schedule described on the membership or subscription page. Because PoemPost is prepared and mailed as a recurring correspondence rather than a standard retail shipment, delivery dates may vary.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown when you subscribe.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship throughout the United States.

Available shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to available destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or local postal services. These circumstances are outside our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at thepoetbenjamin@gmail.com. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs when an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, or if a shipment appears to be significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us if you need additional assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at thepoetbenjamin@gmail.com and include your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged item. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
